Special Request Rooms

These rooms are designed for individual special requests and require approval from library staff. Approvals will be considered for the following requests and a completed form is required. Requests are first come, first served and should be approved within 24 hours. 

• AI-proctored exams 
• Virtual presentations
• Zoom interviews
• Other reasonable requests

While the Special Request Rooms are some of the quietest spaces in the library we cannot guarantee complete silence; please contact library@northwestern.edu with questions or to see the room beforehand.

To make a reservation, click on a start time. Use the drop down menu that appears below the availability grid to choose an end time. Click "Submit Times" and follow the prompts.
